Overview
Alexander Landaverde / GrowSoft operates TeamServ. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy questions.
Contact: support@teamserv.org.
Information We Collect
Based on the current product code, TeamServ processes: Google sign-in: account identity and workspace access, customer and estimate records: customers, estimates, line items, approvals, jobs, reminders, and workspace settings, Stripe billing: checkout, subscription, customer portal, payment method, invoice, and webhook records, SES transactional email: operational email delivery such as approvals, reminders, and account messages, and GA4 analytics: site and product usage measurement when analytics is enabled.
We also receive technical information such as device, browser, IP address, timestamps, pages visited, and basic diagnostic events when you use the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, save and retrieve records, process checkout or billing, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, measure product usage, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell customer records or uploaded files.
Service Providers
We use service providers only as needed to operate the product. Current provider categories include Google for sign-in and analytics, Stripe for checkout, billing, and customer portal, and AWS for hosting, database, file storage, and transactional email.
Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by us.
Analytics
When analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate product and site usage. Analytics events may include page views, device and browser information, approximate geography, and interaction events.
Retention
We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, meet billing and operational needs, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. We may delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a small SaaS product, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. Do not submit information you are not allowed to share.
Your Choices
You can contact support@teamserv.org to ask for help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting information tied to your account when feasible and legally allowed.
You can also limit some browser analytics through browser settings or Google tools.
Children
The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Do not use the service to knowingly submit personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product or data practices change. The posted last updated date shows when the current version took effect.
